The Affordable Housing Alliance is a private, nonprofit 501(c)3 corporation in NJ. The Alliance has been serving residents of NJ for over 22 years. In addition to providing affordable housing, the Alliance manages several Utility Assistance Programs.
We help individuals and families who are seeking relief in paying their gas, electric, and oil bills, assisting clients through the entire the application process, from program selection through the final grant award.

Please be advised that the TRUE program will be terminating by the earlier of March 4, 2015 or the commitment of all grant funds, whichever comes first.
TRUE grants will only be distributed to eligible clients who submit their completed application by 4pm February 13, 2015 at an AHA office, an Affiliate office, or through online submission. Any TRUE/PAGE application received after that date will be evaluated for PAGE grant eligibility only.

THE GIFT OF WARMTH PROGRAM IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO NEW JERSEY NATURAL GAS CUSTOMERS IN MONMOUTH AND MIDDLESEX COUNTIES ONLY. Applications for any other county or utility company for Gift of Warmth will be disqualified.
The Gift of Warmth, funded by New Jersey Natural Gas and customer's donations to assists customers who have exhausted other forms of energy assistance, as well as those who are experiencing financial difficulties because of illness, high medical expenses, or other unanticipated circumstances.
